Make Up Scheduler

TWO makes up classes per registered children are allowed (but not guaranteed) each semester, on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please do not wait until the end of a semester to schedule make up classes as the spaces are often taken.  Make up classes may not be carried forward to the next semester.

For your child's safety, class size is limited!

Please be sure to sign up through our scheduler before attending; if the class you wish to attend, does not appear in the scheduler, the make up spaces have been taken.  If you will be bringing two children, please make sure to find a class with two openings.  All children over 9 months of age must be scheduled on the make up scheduler individually.  If you need to cancel, please return to the make up scheduler and choose "cancel" (to credit the make up space back to the class and to your family for future use).   Use the following link to schedule your make up class:

Please note:  if your family had special circumstances (extended illness or death in the family) and wishes to have a third make up class, please notify our office.  Depending on availability, we will try to help schedule it for you.

Sick Child Policy

If your child is sick, please keep them home and schedule a make up class. As per the DHS regulations, keep your child home if your child:
  • has a temperature of 100 or more. Your child should be free of fever for at least 24 hours without the the use of fever reducing medication (such as Tylenol or aspirin)
  • has conjunctivitis (pink eye)
  • has impetigo or other contagious skin rash
  • has diarrhea
  • is vomiting
  • has a severe cold with fever, sneezing and nose drainage
  • has a contagious disease
  • seems really sick without obvious symptoms.

Thank you for helping us keep our classes safe and fun for everyone!

 Center Policies

  • Visitors:
    Adults:
We welcome Grandparents or visiting relatives to join in making music with us. It is wonderful to have extra role models! Please share with your guests ahead of time that the class is participation oriented.
Children: For your child's safety, our class sizes are limited. Please do not bring extra children to class unless previously arranged through our office. Siblings are welcome to visit class one time at no charge; however, please call our office for availability a couple days before. There is a $15 fee for out- of-town guests bringing children.

  • Make Ups:  Up to 2 make up classes are permitted per semester, however if your family is having special circumstances  (extended illness or death in the family), please notify the center and we can schedule a third make up class within the same semester if available. Missed classes cannot be credited back or carried towards the next semester.

  • Withdrawals:  Refunds can not be granted after the first day of class unless a class doesn't hold. In extreme emergency situations (for example, mandatory pregnancy bed rest or prolonged hospitalizations) for more than half a semester, a partial credit may be issued at the Director's discretion if communication has been timely and immediate. Materials are not returnable. $20 fee for returned checks or for withdrawing before semester begins.

  • Switching classes: Transferring classes can not guaranteed; there is a $10 transfer fee to change class after week 2 if space allows and it is not detrimental to the existing class. There are many educational benefits for children to have the continuity of musical community in their classes; we often see a child's comfort and trust level grow as they experience a similar group of familiar/safe faces each week. We do, however, understand that situations arise and you may need to request a transfer. This will be considered depending on availability and class size.
